I finished this cream, it is hydrating but that is about it. I think it is okay to use before using concealer for very dry under eyes but it is just a so-so thing.

very nice for under makeup in the AM. Haven’t noticed improvement with dark under eye circles yet but only been using for 2 weeks.

I had tried this product at the recommendation of a friend and really like it.

Not sure why it is not more readily availalbe as I see other Elf products in super markets.

Feels really hydrating.
