TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Parcels are 'Sign On Delivery' with AusPost for Australia & Express Courier International for New Zealand.
- You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
- Australia Post will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network
- Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

- Generally we dispatch within 2 business day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-7 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up
- Due to all parcels requiring a signature on delivery - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection.
- Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.
- Orders received before 8am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 8am will be sent next business day
- To purchase e.l.f. products in a country other than Australia or New Zealand please contact your local distributor or retailer.
