RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product/shade and wish to Exchange for a product/shade of equal value, we are happy to accept this provided the product remains in original condition and unopened within 14 Days within receiving. If the product is of lesser value, unfortunately we are unable to provide the difference at this stage in time.
If the product/packaging is opened then we cannot accept the product back for an exchange.
Exchanges are posted back at the customer's cost, to which e.l.f. posts the Exchange item with costs covered. Through this process, our Customer Service team will keep in contact and update you through each step of the way.
