What postage do you use?
- We use Australia Post eParcel for our shipments within Australia and AusPost International Courier Express for New Zealand
How much is postage?
- Standard eParcel shipping is $6 for orders under $60 and Free for orders over
- Express eParcel shipping is $10
- New Zealand shipping is $9 for orders under $60 and Free for orders over
How long does Postage take?
If you pay for Express Postage
- If you order before 11am Monday to Friday - your order will be dispatched the same day, if you order after it will be dispatched the next business day
- If you live within the Australia Post Network you will receive your parcel the next business day, otherwise the day after.
If you pay for Standard Shipping
- Australia Post stipulate 3-6 business days for delivery
Where is elf stocked?
- All our stockists are listed on the website, please check there for your local store
How to use the Account option
- If you have purchased from elfcosmetics.com.au you can Log In as a registered user - first use the "Forgot my password" link to be sent a re-set option to your email and then put in a password you will remember and you are registered! You will see your previous purchases in here as well
- If you are a new elfette - simply Register an account
Do you test on animals?
- We do NOT test on animals or endorse such practices.
Are your products vegan friendly
- Our products do not contain animal derived ingredients.
- All Studio brushes are made from Taklon, which is a synthetic and anti-bacterial material.
