How to Use:

Apply to the eyelid with the applicator and blend using your fingertips or a flat eyeshadow brush.
Wear alone or layer with eyeshadow to amplify your eye look.

Pro Tip: To use as an eyeliner, use the e.l.f. Precision Eyeliner Brush and apply liner starting at the center of the lash line and extending outward. Repeat from the inner corner of the eye to connect to the centerline.

Fab - use it as eyeliner to.

Looks great and is malleable on the eye. I swipe some on my bottom eyelid as though eyeliner and it works beautifully- quite subtle unless I want to build it up.
