Great aplication, not as water proof as my Fav Mac but my new replacement none the less

This is such a good eyeliner. Easy application and lasts really well. Definitely recommend

I’ve purchased three eyeliners now,a light blue ,beautiful,navy ,gorgeous and the lavender ,I love them all.Their perfect as their waterproof and if you slept in them they would be as stunning as the night before .,yet easily removed with the elf Holy Hydration cleanser.

Brilliant liner, waterproof,,did a make up on a client with the orange elf eyeshadow then used the pale blue eyeliner ,it looked amazing.I had to use another brands bright blue mascara,so maybe elf could consider bringing one out.

Easy to use fast dry and no smudges.
