How to Apply Cream Eyeshadow Primer:

Use fingertips, an eyeshadow brush, or liner brush to apply and blend. If using as primer, allow to set before applying more color.
To remove, apply waterproof makeup remover, gently massage in circular motions, and rinse with water.
Remove using Cleansing Balm.

This product is true to word. It does not budge. Doesn't settle in creases either. Easy to apply too. Love the e.l.f brand. Very affordable.

True to its name

This eyeshadow is amazing. It doesn't budge! I used it all week in super hot and humid weather conditions, and the eyeshadow did not budge. And super easy to remove with the Melting Cleansing Balm.
