I would 100% buy this again! Nothings beats a great brow pencil

I have been using elf brow pencils for years now. I won't use any other brand. The neutral shade is perfect, the pencil is soft which makes applying it very easy and quick. The brush is also great for smoothing eyebrows. I use it everyday and the pencil itself lasts a long time. It doesn't smudge either. I highly recommend elf brow pencils 🙂

I’m new to the brow game and this little brow pencil has made it easy for me to practice doing my brows which, by the way, are very sparse (always been that way) and now I’m nearly 60 at it’s the perfect and least intimidating way to learn how to perfect a brow.
