True to its words it is in fact water proof !! It's more liquid-y compared to most eyeliners which is something i actually love. It's not hard to remove despite people say. Well it is hard but all u need to rub it a lil bit after u applied miceller water ontop of it. So i didnt mind that. the only thing that got me really irritated was the bad packaging. It actual eyeliner tube constantly comes off the eyeliner outer tube and towards mid-end of its life the eyeliner can get messy and inconsistence. I just want there to be better packaging thats all. the formula is my fav.
