I finished this cream, it is hydrating but that is about it. I think it is okay to use before using concealer for very dry under eyes but it is just a so-so thing.

I had tried this product at the recommendation of a friend and really like it.

Not sure why it is not more readily availalbe as I see other Elf products in super markets.

Feels really hydrating.

This is a really thick hydrating cream. It hasn’t helped dark circles or wrinkles but my eyes are definitely hydrated
