It doesn't seem to remove makeup. It is a lovely smell and texture.

I love how easily this melts into the skin and dissolves makeup. Washes off easily and is not drying. I no longer use micellar water, only this balm.

This is my third time purchasing this product. Not only does it get everything off, it feels amzing when putting it on and feels great even after it's off. This is the one item I never try to find an alternative for and a staple in my after work routine.
