Best primer ever!

I find this useful as I can put it over heavy mineral SP - I let the SP dry a little bit first - and it works just fine. I have quite a bit of red and it doesnt help with that a lot but it does a little. So whatever you can get right? And the bigger bottle is just more cost effective with Elf already being pretty good with value for dollar.
